FABRICATION
Our skilled team of fabricators and craftsmen work with stainless steel,
brass, aluminium, mild steel, and other ferrous or non-ferrous metals to
produce high quality products. We can integrate plastics, wood, glass or
any other associated materials to provide a complete product that meets
all specifications.
MILLING
With our HV variable-speed milling machine we work to
precise tolerances when required for small components.
TURNING
We turn small, precision-engineered parts on our lathe using a
range of materials from steel to plastic when fine tolerances are required.
Sheet Metal Work
Using our hydraulic press brake and guillotine we can cut and
bend sheet metal to form bespoke parts and profiles with a huge
variety of options. We can also offer a v-scoring service, for
when a crisp corner detail is required.
METAL POLISHING
The in-house metal finishing team are well versed in the art of polishing;
applying smooth sanded finishes, fine hairline brushing or bright mirror polishes
as required to any of our works. We can re-finish or restore any metal parts as required.
If necessary, we can send a specialist direct to site to revive a wearing finish.
SPECIALIST FINISHING
We also offer a highly specialist range of finishes for an unparalleled service,
from aged bronze patinas to bright nickel plating. These include:

We use both 2D CAD and 3D modelling software to produce full technical drawings
for our work. Our experienced staff can offer technical assistance and consultation
from the very beginning of the design process.
